Texas Real Estate Appraisal Training

Courses include:

90 hour full license package course: This online class contains the 30 hour Basic Appraisal Principles module and the 30 hour Appraiser Procedures module. It also includes the 15 hour Residential Report Writing and Case Studies, and the 15 our online courses needed for Licensing.

The course will give you a full understanding of appraisal concepts regardless of area of expertise you pursue.

Texas 75 hour Appraisal: This class is 75 hours of the new Real Property Appraiser Qualification to become a Appraiser Trainee. The combined hours cover real estate value, types of value, economics, markets, analysis, and ethics. The online class will provide the knowledge to use on all facets of real estate appraising in Texas.

People who are already licensed in the state must take continuing educations credit hours to maintain their real estate appraisal license. Texas regulations applies to newly registered appraisers who just passed the exam and people who have had their certification for a period of time or years.
