The full 60 hour online class includes principals, practices and Louisiana law. Components of the training topics also covers Covers the basics of ownership, transfer and use of property, real estate law, finance, contacts and other required topics. Qualifies passing students to take the Missuori licensing exam.

Real Estate Regulations:
Continuing Education
Complete 12 hours of state approved CE courses every 2 years.
These training courses must include 3 hours of Mandatory courses chosen from:
Missouri Laws Governing the Transfer of Real Property, Supervision and Escrow Account Management,
Fair Housing,
Commercial Brokerage
Property Management or
Agency and brokerage relationships.
The other 9 hours are elective continuing education online classes.
Continuing education courses require that you pass a course final exam with a grade of at least 70%
Broker licensees renew in every even-numbered year by June 30th .
