Components of the training topics also covers Covers the basics of ownership, transfer and use of property, real estate law, finance, contacts and other required topics. Qualifies passing students to take the Mississippi licensing exam.

State regulations for Continuing Education:

Complete 16 hours of state approved courses every 2 years.

The courses must include 8 hours of Mandatory CE courses including:

Mississippi License Law, Contract Law, and Agency Law.

The other 8 hours are elective courses

Sales agents renew every December 31st on odd years.
