Begin a training course to get your license in real estate online. The Louisiana online class covers all of the hours and course topics needed to pass your real estate exam.
The full 60 hour online class includes principals, practices and Louisiana law. Components of the training topics also covers Covers the basics of ownership, transfer and use of property, real estate law, finance, contacts and other required topics. Qualifies passing students to take the Louisiana licensing exam.
Continuing Education
There are dozens of online Real Estate CE course topics to take. All are updated and current to AR regulations for agents licensed in that state.

Complete 15 hours of Alabama state approved courses every 2 years,
These courses must include 3 hours of Mandatory courses including:
Risk Management (Must take this 3 hour course which covers the mandatory requirements).
The other 12 hours are elective courses
All real estate licensees renew on August 31st of every even year
