Broker and agent license CE Rules and Regulations:

A 30 credits hour course approved by the Commission in Kansas, must be taken by nonresidents as well as Kansas residents. The course is available by classroom or by home study. The training must be completed after issuance of the license and at least 10 days prior to the temporary license expiration date.

Real estate brokers and agents must keep the certificate of continuing education completion and send it to the Commission with the application to convert the temporary license to a standard license.

The application to convert will be sent to the licensee's home address approximately 45 days prior to the license expiration date.
