Some broker and agent license CE Rules and Regulations:
Complete 36 hours of Iowa state approved courses every 3 years
These courses must include 12 hours of Mandatory training including:
Law Update 8 hours credit, and Ethics 4 hours CE.
The other 24 hours are elective courses.
Real estate sales agents renew December 31st every 3 years.
