Oklahoma CE Rules and Regulations for Credits:
Course Subject Requirements
Courses must be approved for lines of insurance for which license is held.
Oklahoma licensees except Adjusters must complete 2 hours in ethics as part of their basic requirement, but not more than 4 hours.
Life and Accident and Health agents must complete 1 hour on instruction regarding the Oklahoma Small Employer Health Insurance Reform Act, Okla. Health Ins High Risk Pool Act, and any recent state or federal health care legislation.
Health insurance licenses renewed on or after 1/1/02 must include 1 hour of LTC credit.
