North Dakota CE Rules and Regulations for Credits:
Continuing Education Hours
24 hours per biennial reporting period
Crop licensed agents must complete at least 12 hours per reporting period
3 hours must be taken in Ethics for all license types. The first reporting period of the Ethics requirement will be 01/01/2007.
Those having only the single line of authority for crop insurance must complete at least 6 credit hours per year.
Resident insurance producers are exempt from completing continuing education for the calendar year in which they received the first license. Beginning January 1 of the year following licensing they must comply with continuing education requirements.
