New Jersey CE Rules and Regulations for Credits:

Course Subject Requirements

24 hours must be in topics related to the line(s) of authority for which the New Jersey producer is licensed.

Six hours must be in topics related to fraud and professional ethics. This requirement commences with the first FULL licensing cycle following November 4, 2002. (e.g. a producer whose license renews 01/31/2003 must fulfill these requirements in order to renew again on 01/31/2007)

Carryover Requirements for continuing education

Carryover of excess CE credit hours is NOT allowed.

Course Repetition

Credit will not be given for courses taken more than once in a four-year period.
