The exam can be taken using the form U-10, which is used for individuals not currently working for a brokerage firm. AIT provides this form on request with the Series 65 home study course or you can download it from the internet.

The Series 65 offers an excellent introduction to the business and is a big plus for people looking to add credentials to a resume. The license itself is for fee based financial planning.

How to study and pass the exam

Each section is followed with a chapter exam covering the topics that were just read. Our answer sheets are full explanations that are normally 3 or 4 sentences long.
