License and Certificate Renewal for Continuing Education CE
Every license issued will expire two years after its date of issuance. To renew a license, the licensee must submit a renewal application, the renewal fee, and evidence of the completion of the continuing education requirements.
Continuing Education Requirements
Each person who applies for renewal of his license must successfully complete home inspector continuing education courses approved by the Board at the rate of 20 hours every 2 years. This applies to Mississipi.
