Broker License CE Rules and Regulations:
Every Delaware License holder falls into 1 of the two categories described below. Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Commission a licensee is required to have 15 approved continuing education CE credit hours for each 2 year renewal period. The licensed agent or broker period begins on the day following the expiration date of the previous license.
