Basic Appraisal and Reports : This online class covers basic appraisal principles in any area your business will focus in on. The training course also covers real estate property concepts, regulations, real estate value, economic principles, and Arizona real estate markets. The class also teaches you ethics, rules and how to create a real estate appraiser report.
This is a 75 hour online class.
Residential Market Analysis and Highest and Best Use
This course covers the relationship between market analysis and highest and best use. You will learn how to find the information you need to make a highest and best use decision and how to interpret the information you find. It also provides information how to read and map a real estate market area for a subject property and discover the essential links between market analysis, highest and best use analysis, and the three approaches to value in appraisal.
Arizona, along with other states require periodic Continuing Education - CE after licensing.

CE and Qualifying Exam
An Arizona Appraisal license is good for two years from the date it is issued. The expiration date of the license will be on the certificate. You need to begin the process of renewing your license by filing the application no later than 30 days before the expiration date.
